What you will do

• Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered monetization features targeting publisher productivity and demand optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build and launch AI tools for workflow optimization and demand generation.
• Lead usability reviews and gather publisher feedback to improve AI feature integration and user experience.
• Develop go-to-market and customer adoption plans including presentations and support resources.
• Monitor performance metrics and usage data to guide product enhancements and identify new AI monetization opportunities.
• Manage customer communities and advocate for publisher needs within Microsoft.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expected.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with advertiser, publisher, or marketplace ad technology and monetization products.
• Proven track record of launching AI or machine learning-driven B2B SaaS products.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional teams and change.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English).
