What you will do

• Develop and maintain the company’s information security strategy, policies, and roadmap for production and internal systems.
• Lead security risk assessments, mitigation planning, and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage incident response planning, preparedness, and execution.
• Oversee security governance, controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and emerging AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and other teams to integrate security into development and operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Israel
• Extensive experience in information security leadership at scale in SaaS companies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, cloud security, risk management, and secure software development.
• Experience with security governance, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, AI regulations).
• Proven incident management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Effective communication with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
