What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-quarter digital transformation roadmap aligned with finance strategy and OKRs.
• Partner with finance leadership and AI teams to create insight products and decision workflows.
• Scale modern finance tools including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, Python/SQL, and generative AI platforms.
• Establish engineering-grade practices in finance such as version control, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Lead upskilling programs to embed modern finance skills across teams.
• Implement governance for data quality, privacy, and responsible AI with audit-ready controls.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United hirify.globaldom.
• Extensive experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or tech with ownership of multi-team digital transformation or AI programs.
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI/Fabric), and generative AI prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to influence at executive level and drive behavioral change at scale.
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomous operation and ownership of delivery.

Nice to have

• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or MBA.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization (FinOps), machine learning pipelines, and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and workflow automation tools like Power Automate and Airflow.
• Background in data storytelling and insight communication within finance teams.
• Exposure to mobile gaming or live-ops business.
