What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of Player Engagement services.
- Build and negotiate strategic deals and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
- Serve as primary contact for cross-divisional business opportunities within hirify.global.
- Respond to customer RFIs and RFPs effectively.
- Provide regular business reviews on opportunity pipelines and progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business objectives and client initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work based in Europe, specifically Poland.
- 5–7 years of business development experience in Trust & Safety, Monetization, or VIP Concierge within the video game industry.
- Proven experience engaging with executive-level game publishers and negotiating deals over $5M.
- Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and data-driven execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment with willingness to travel as required.
