What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of Player Engagement services.
  • Build and negotiate strategic deals and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Serve as primary contact for cross-divisional business opportunities within hirify.global.
  • Respond to customer RFIs and RFPs effectively.
  • Provide regular business reviews on opportunity pipelines and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business objectives and client initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work based in Europe, specifically Poland.
  • 5–7 years of business development experience in Trust & Safety, Monetization, or VIP Concierge within the video game industry.
  • Proven experience engaging with executive-level game publishers and negotiating deals over $5M.
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and data-driven execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment with willingness to travel as required.
