What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in fraud detection and prevention, performing quality reviews.
• Develop data pipelines using SQL, Python, PySpark, or Airflow to analyze big data sets.
• Own the design and delivery of data analytics solutions based on business requirements.
• Propose and develop new tools to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud.
• Handle and report fraud cases from start to finish, involving relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and build statistical models to forecast fraud trends and improve detection and prevention.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of knowledge and experience in the fraud domain (analytical and case management).
• At least 1 year of experience in mentoring and coaching people.
• BSc, MSc, or equivalent, preferably in Law, Computer Science, Criminology, Physics, Econometrics, or Economics.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to use SQL, Snowflake, and visualization tools to identify business problems.
• Excellent scripting knowledge (Python/PySpark/R) with the ability to perform code review and provide peer feedback.
• Strong decision-making ability, self-disciplined, and good and effective communication skills.
