Salary: £128,000 - £140,800 per year

What you will do

• Design and deploy hirify.global solution architecture in customer environments.
• Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and technical issue triage.
• Develop and deliver customized training and evangelize hirify.global solutions.
• Drive adoption and plan enterprise-wide rollouts with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback.
• Support broader customer base with best practice recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Remote role based in the UK (London).
• BSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, solution architecture, or system administration.
• Strong Linux administration and hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficient with Kubernetes and security technologies including SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO, and RBAC.
• Excellent communication, project management, and troubleshooting skills.
