What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Systems Engineers and collaborate with sales and channel partners.
• Translate customer business needs into innovative storage and hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Lead presentations, solution demonstrations, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Stay current with competitive landscape and promote thought leadership internally.
• Develop social media content to share technical expertise and industry insights.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including cloud-native architectures and container technologies.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US, preferably Austin, Texas or able to work remotely within the US.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, enterprise storage, networking, or cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Linux, VMware, networking protocols, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern web stacks.
• Experience with storage-intensive applications and databases like SQL and Oracle.
