What you will do

• Build platforms for intelligent decision-making and conversational AI interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers
• Research and prototype new AI/ML algorithms and approaches
• Ensure high-quality system delivery and improve workflows

Requirements

• Remote work must be within Utah, USA
• 5+ years experience in machine learning, AI, or data-centric software engineering
• Experience with cloud-based production applications, especially AWS
• Expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent building, and vector databases
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with functional languages like Clojure
• Clear communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments
