What you will do

• Implement technically challenging AI-powered ERP platform features and complex integrations
• Develop reference implementations and coding patterns for AI-enhanced features
• Implement prompt engineering and LLM integration ensuring security, performance, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with architects on prototypes and validate technical approaches
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams
• Drive innovation through hands-on proof-of-concepts exploring novel ERP AI approaches

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or eligible to work remotely from the US
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with extensive AI/ML systems implementation
• Expertise in Java, Python, distributed systems, microservices, PostgreSQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI)
• Strong skills in LLM systems, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI/ML integration
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
