Salary: $224,510–$275,030 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Creator Hub products used by millions of creators.
• Improve and evolve creator surfaces to help scale from solo creators to professional studios.
• Engage with the creator community regularly to gather feedback and understand workflows and business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products with urgency and agency.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Safety teams to reimagine creator workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States, 3 days per week
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, creator, or consumer spaces.
• Strong user empathy and data analysis skills with experience building rapid feedback loops.
• Excellent written communication skills for diverse audiences including executives and engineers.
• High standards for quality and a strong bias for action in ambiguous environments.
