Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD base pay depending on location, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal teams
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product performance and operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships including cost, communication, and performance reporting
• Translate data into insights to inform business strategy and decision-making

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Menlo Park, New York, or Washington, DC offices at least 3 days per week
• 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in tech or high-growth environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
