Salary: $134,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute user research studies using diverse methods including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, researchers, and content strategists.
• Support design and product decisions with research findings.
• Contribute to enterprise-grade biomedical research platforms and health data ecosystems.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA
• Minimum 4 years applied research experience with strong communication skills.
• BA/BS in Social Sciences, HCI, Product Design or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of multiple research methods and basic statistics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization in the US

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MA/MS/PhD) in related fields.
• Experience in biomedical research or enterprise product research.
