What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing software engineering team focused on mobile and full-stack development.
• Drive engineering efforts for major greenfield features in partnership with product, design, and stakeholders.
• Support performance management, career development, and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure engineering best practices including coding standards, testing, and operational excellence.
• Foster an inclusive, accountable, and trust-based team culture.
• Collaborate effectively across time zones and contribute to organizational engineering leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work based in the United States.
• 10+ years professional software development experience with ability to code when needed.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with proven mentoring and coaching skills.
• Experience building consumer mobile products at scale, preferably from 0 to 1.
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and human perspectives.
• Comfort managing remote teams and driving clarity in performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Java, Swift/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, and AWS services.
