What you will do

• Lead global strategic finance initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Design and implement scalable financial and operational systems across multiple markets
• Develop automated tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
• Drive continuous process improvement integrating automation and data validation
• Evaluate business performance through KPI modeling, scenario planning, and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with regional leadership to translate insights into strategic priorities

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• STEM background with strong analytical and strategic skills
• 1-6 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities assigned accordingly
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
