What you will do

• Own and manage backend infrastructure for Copilot Voice & Vision stack, including modern web stacks and LLM serving.
• Operate live voice and vision endpoints with SRE and on-call planning to maintain service quality.
• Apply deep understanding of multimodal LLMs to guide product and engineering decisions.
• Support upstream teams in feature development and collaborate on instrumentation for quality metrics.
• Partner with marketing to align product readiness and track business impact metrics.
• Manage backlog prioritization across multiple teams balancing improvements, features, and support requests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Redmond, United States, with office presence expected.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with modern web stacks, networking, or deploying large language models in production.
• 3+ years experience designing or deploying voice and/or vision AI solutions in production.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Nice to have

• 8+ years experience in relevant fields and 6+ years managing cross-team projects.
• Experience developing scalable data pipelines and operational processes.
• Strong risk management and project delivery skills.
• Proven success delivering high-impact AI solutions with engineering and research teams.
