Salary: $180,400–$294,000 per year (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Build new AI features that enhance Copilot user experience.
• Develop secure, scalable AI platform services powering Copilot.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform, infrastructure, and application engineers.
• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
• Overcome roadblocks to deliver work quickly and iteratively.
• Work in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle.

Requirements

• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and work onsite at least 3 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with generative AI technologies and building scalable APIs and services on public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Python, Java, or Golang.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality, secure code.
• English proficiency at least B2 level assumed as job is in English.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
