What you will do

• Build and optimize AI evaluation platforms covering data sampling, processing, analysis, and insight generation.
• Design scalable pipeline architectures for rapid iteration and deployment.
• Develop dashboards and tools for data visualization and product quality assessment.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to enhance AI assistant capabilities and user experience.
• Apply experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and measurement techniques.
• Leverage prompt engineering and cutting-edge AI tools to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Must be local to Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA with in-office presence 4 days a week
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python coding languages.
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET) and browser/mobile automation tools.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI chatbots, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of Azure Open AI and Azure Foundry.
• Leadership experience in technical projects and architectural decisions.
