Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (U.S. general); USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

• Contribute across the full stack, from backend databases and middle-tier services to browser automation and dashboard creation.
• Design and implement pipeline architecture to ensure rapid iteration and scalability for the evaluation platform.
• Conduct post-analysis of labeled data, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance product quality and address identified gaps in Copilot.
• Dive into prompt engineering and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive meaningful impact.
• Support assessment of Copilot’s relevance, performance, trustworthiness, and visual appeal across desktop, web, and mobile.

Requirements

• Must be local to Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA and be in office 4 days a week.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C#, Java, or Python.
• 2+ years’ experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• 2+ years’ experience building scalable services on public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI ChatBots, and Prompt Engineering.
