What you will do

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to deliver impactful features and projects
• Build backend systems with a focus on integrity, maintainability, scalability, and stability
• Own delivery of high-visibility features from design through deployment
• Work with engineering teams to improve system health and reliability

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience working on systems at scale
• Strong coding skills in Go and experience with protobuf, gRPC, GCP, and PostgreSQL
• Proactive problem solver obsessed with performant, defect-free code
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working remotely in North America, EMEA, or LATAM regions

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or accounting industry
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with messaging brokers like Redpanda
