What you will do

• Prepare and execute research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing materials.
• Create reports and deliver key project insights to the team.
• Conduct research using techniques like user testing, in-depth interviews, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire design and product decisions.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints from research.

Requirements

• Professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, or FigJam.
• Experience collaborating with European clients or teams.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible availability for remote or on-site work within KSA (part-time to full-time).
