What you will do
- Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues
- Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures
- Understand applications both functionally and technically
- Log issues accurately and prepare timely reports
- Manage multiple open issues simultaneously
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio
- 3+ years experience in application, product, or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with accounting in automotive environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of IoT, APIs, SQL, MongoDB, and network configuration desired
