What you will do

  • Manage technical relationships and serve as trusted advisor for assigned enterprise and federal accounts
  • Support planning, execution, and long-term security program development
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to review system health, best practices, and program progress
  • Coordinate crisis and incident response with internal teams
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of hirify.global products and mentor others
  • Travel up to 10% to meet customers onsite

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampa, FL, United States
  • 7+ years in TAM, professional services, or technical support roles with networking and security exposure
  • 4+ years hands-on Linux experience and 3+ years networking experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to define solutions for complex challenges

Nice to have

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSP, CEH, Security+, or OSCP
  • SQL and scripting experience
  • Familiarity with hirify.global or similar cybersecurity products
  • Penetration testing and direct security experience
