What you will do

• Develop and implement high-quality features in innovative and fast-paced project environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code, following best practices and contributing to technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior developers and producers to translate creative goals into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned development tasks, estimate effort, and deliver to agreed schedules.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve workflows and internal tools.
• Work closely with the development team, seeking and providing feedback through code reviews.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Unity3D, C#, graphics, and animation programming.
• Experience programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality.
• Creative mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently as needed.
• Good understanding of software development fundamentals (version control, debugging, optimisation).
• Experience with DCC tools such as Maya and the Art asset pipeline.

Nice to have

• Experience working on interactive or narrative-led projects.
• Previous involvement in deploying across different platforms.
