What you will do

• Validate all downloadable content and customization elements, including post-launch items like season passes, content packs, skins, and weapons.
• Verify the technical integrity of 3D models, skins, and materials applied in-game.
• Ensure content can be properly purchased, displays as designed, and functions correctly across all gameplay levels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Verify and test 3D art assets in-engine and in-game to ensure proper display, texture resolution, UV mapping, and geometry integrity.
• Create, prioritize, and track art-related bugs using tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Xray) and coordinate fixes with developers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in QA, quality control, or testing with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Digital art background with understanding of game development processes and passion for video games.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, Windows OS (Win 10), and gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in shooter games and e-sports scene.
• Experience with art tools (3ds Max, ZBrush, Blender, Substance) and game engines/editors.
• Knowledge of agile development practices.
