What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview logistics across global teams and time zones.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives, including feedback surveys and continuous process improvements.
• Oversee job postings, ATS data quality, and pipeline organization.
• Assist with employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and content creation.
• Track and support employee referral programs.
• Drive recruiting process improvements, document best practices, and contribute to tooling initiatives.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or project support.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and recruiting analytics.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
