What you will do

• Help colleagues with basic technical issues related to apps, macOS, and login.
• Coordinate with People Ops, DevOps, and Finance, escalating more complex questions with clear context.
• Convert solved cases into short articles and checklists in Notion, maintaining internal guides.
• Help track, prepare, and set up laptops and accessories for initial accounts, apps, and profiles.
• Follow checklists to disable access, update routing, and prepare devices for return.
• Apply simple rules around access levels and documentation.

Requirements

• Language: Native Russian + strong written/spoken English.
• Confident everyday Mac user or a fast learner.
• Ability to follow steps accurately, respect security rules, and keep things organized.
• Friendly, patient, service-oriented, and clear communication skills.
• Growth attitude: You enjoy learning, improving processes, and taking ownership.
