What you will do
- Provide support and resolve client issues promptly via live chat, emails, and calls.
- Assist clients with KYC procedures and provide a tour around the trading platform.
- Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training.
- Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets.
- Collect client feedback and analyze how client experience can be improved.
- Maintain open communication between departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- English: C1+ level proficiency required.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen to clients and your team’s needs and find solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
