What you will do

• Lead end-to-end migration of legacy microservices to Quarkus and upgrade Spring Boot services.
• Refactor codebases, update dependencies, and align services with modern cloud-native standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical owners to deploy services on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Guide and mentor development teams ensuring best practices and technical consistency.
• Review technical solutions and act as primary technical contact for client communication.
• Coordinate migration priorities and timelines across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proficient in Java 8-21 and Spring ecosystem.
• Experience or strong theoretical knowledge of Quarkus and MicroProfile.
• Skilled in microservices design, REST APIs, Maven build management.
• Practical knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of OAuth, SSO, and JWT for application security.

Nice to have

• Experience with KumuluzEE and Thorntail microservices frameworks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Apache Kafka.
