What you will do

• Lead strategic processes and deep-dive projects across the organization.
• Develop business cases and decision-making documentation for investments and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational strategy discussions and support M&A projects.
• Oversee finance and business process management ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
• Present financial performance and advise management on financial matters.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting quality and transparency.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Bielefeld, Germany
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, controlling, business development, or audit.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Leadership experience with team development and coaching abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
