What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure configurations for Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Fortigate firewalls, and Juniper switches.
• Monitor security events, hunt threats, and lead incident response across the cloud stack.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and penetration testing of SaaS infrastructure.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, MFA, conditional access, and secure collaboration workflows.
• Support application security for hirify.global.com through secure coding reviews, SAST/DAST tools, and incident handling.
• Automate security processes with PowerShell, Python, or Terraform, collaborate with DevOps to embed security into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security (Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD Conditional Access) and Atlassian security best practices.
• Proven experience securing Fortigate firewalls and Juniper networking gear.
• Strong background in vulnerability management, SIEM, threat hunting, incident response, and compliance audits.
• Familiarity with secure coding, SAST/DAST tools and application-level penetration testing.
• Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, Python or similar.
• Fluent in English (C1 required).
