What you will do

• Partner with Sales to define customer needs and develop value-driven automation solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to design tailored intralogistics concepts.
• Develop technically and economically feasible solutions using hirify.global and third-party technologies.
• Prepare and validate business cases, including technical design, cost estimation, and timeline.
• Engage directly with customers, presenting technical solutions with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate across Sales, Realization, Product Management, Service, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, balancing technical depth and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to work closely with customers and Sales in a solution-oriented way.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset with strong ownership.
