• Implement critical path code and drive complex projects from inception to production.

• Act as a thought leader, guiding platform strategy by deeply understanding stakeholder pain points.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure hirify.global AI addresses real user and developer needs.

Requirements

• Experienced backend engineer with a strong bias for action and willingness to write a lot of code.
• Product-minded engineering approach, actively influencing platform initiatives with strategic insight.
• Strong ownership with the ability to execute independently on ambiguous scopes and deliver end-to-end.
• Forward-thinking, passionate about keeping pace with evolving AI industry trends and technologies.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
