Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership across backend (PHP, Go) and frontend (React, NextJS) stacks.
• Architect solutions for high-availability, real-time operational tools.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver complex LiveOps workflows.
• Oversee performance, observability, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of software engineering experience including leadership roles.
• Strong backend experience with solid frontend architecture understanding.
• Proven experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to have

• NodeJS experience for internal service integrations.
• Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms.
• Experience with real-time or data-heavy dashboards.
