What you will do

• Build and enhance MetaMask's growth engine to drive user engagement and retention
• Implement user-centric solutions across MetaMask Clients including Extension, Mobile, and Web
• Contribute to backend APIs and middleware powering consumer experiences
• Create intuitive, efficient, and secure Web3 interactions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Requirements

• English: Good verbal and written communication required
• 3+ years experience with mobile technologies and web applications
• Experience with React, React Native, and modern JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript)
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration
• Experience working with APIs, middleware, and agile development teams
• Understanding of web-based security considerations

Nice to have

• Experience with in-app marketing and engagement strategies
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, token swaps, fiat on/off ramps, and financial digital products
• Interest and experience in blockchain technologies and Web3 wallet ecosystem
• Basic cryptography understanding and performance optimization experience
• Experience working in distributed teams
