What you will do

• Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for business systems including insurance and fintech platforms
• Become subject matter expert on insurance claim processing, payment workflows, and business workflows
• Drive end-to-end evolution of internal tooling across multiple business domains
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized backlogs and detailed product requirements
• Define and analyze KPIs focusing on operational efficiency and data integrity
• Ensure tools are powerful, intuitive, and user-friendly for internal customers

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY (onsite)
• 7+ years product management experience with 3+ years in backend/platform products or complex business systems
• Experience with fintech, payments, insurance processing, PIM, catalog management, or merchandising systems
• Technical fluency with system architecture, APIs, and data models
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
