What you will do

• Lead development of offers within the Intelligent People Operations portfolio.
• Design and present innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support sales leads and collaborate on winning strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise during HR transformation and transition projects.
• Oversee project delivery during transformation phases.
• Consult on HR processes and technology for digital transformation success.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Kraków with approx. 25% travel
• Proven ability to influence mid-to-senior business levels (VPs, HRBPs, CoE leads).
• Experience in global, complex HR environments and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern ERP and Cloud HR solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, automation, and workforce analytics.
• Excellent presentation and project management skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
