What you will do

• Manage and coordinate various benefits, including Health Insurance, sports/education reimbursement, and overtime payments.
• Organize and coordinate the company’s vehicle fleet, controlling usage, booking, and managing write-offs.
• Consult employees on school/educational program choices and assist with children’s education expense reimbursement.
• Manage the mobile phone program for employees, setting conditions and controlling expenses.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely provision of benefits and transparent communication.
• Prepare regular reports on compensations and benefits, reconcile payments, and suggest program optimizations.

Requirements

• Understanding of life in Spain.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or with part of it (e.g., cars or other benefits) in Spain.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for numbers and attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Ability to multitask.
