What you will do

• Lead configuration and administration of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules including eligibility rules and business processes.
• Design, test, and implement scalable solutions aligned with global compliance and employee experience.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and IT to develop automated workflows and ensure system integration.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for actionable insights and compliance.
• Lead Workday release management activities and recommend adoption strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues while maintaining data accuracy and system reliability.
• Mentor and coach team members on Workday best practices and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)
• Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with experience building custom reports and dashboards.
• Clear, collaborative communication skills for global teamwork across time zones and cultures.
• Deep understanding of eligibility rules, accrual logic, business processes, and compliance frameworks within Workday.
• Experience leading HR Tech projects from design through deployment.
