What you will do
- Lead configuration and administration of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules including eligibility rules and business processes.
- Design, test, and implement scalable solutions aligned with global compliance and employee experience.
- Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and IT to develop automated workflows and ensure system integration.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for actionable insights and compliance.
- Lead Workday release management activities and recommend adoption strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues while maintaining data accuracy and system reliability.
- Mentor and coach team members on Workday best practices and testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with experience building custom reports and dashboards.
- Clear, collaborative communication skills for global teamwork across time zones and cultures.
- Deep understanding of eligibility rules, accrual logic, business processes, and compliance frameworks within Workday.
- Experience leading HR Tech projects from design through deployment.
