What you will do

• Search for and attract candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Work in a targeted hiring format, focusing on quality over volume.
• Conduct initial interviews and build meaningful candidate conversations.
• Organize final interview stages with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality vacancy closures.
• Support candidates through offer, onboarding, and probation periods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT, marketing, or art roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using a variety of search tools and channels.
• Solid experience in evaluating soft skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Adaptability, engagement, and the ability to quickly switch between tasks.
