Requirements

• English: Excellent communication skills required
• 3+ years experience as Product Owner or similar technical product role
• Experience with telephony, voice platforms, or contact center technologies
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
• Comfortable in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
