What you will do

• Lead design, deployment, and tuning of cybersecurity tooling including SIEM, CSPM, and vulnerability scanners.
• Manage and optimize GCP Security Command Center, Google Workspace, Okta/Auth0, and SaaS integrations.
• Automate detection, response, and incident management processes.
• Operate full lifecycle vulnerability and threat management including penetration testing and risk reporting.
• Harden cloud and application security configurations and embed secure development practices.
• Support governance, compliance audits, and maintain security KPIs and dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work based in Malaysia
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations in cloud-native or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on mastery of GCP security tools and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, network and application security, and modern attack techniques.
• Experience with authentication, identity federation, and SSO (Okta/Auth0).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR frameworks.
• Security certifications such as GCP Professional Security Engineer, OSCP, or CISSP.
• Experience integrating automation tools to reduce manual workload.
