Location: Must be able to work in hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week in Tallinn, Estonia

What you will do

• Design visually compelling assets for in-product use and promotional campaigns.
• Shape and evolve visual patterns and guidelines that scale across products, teams, and markets.
• Create and manage reusable, scalable components and templates in UI kits and design system libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all product surfaces and communication channels.
• Support motion and interaction design through thoughtful use of animation, and micro-interactions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio proving your visual design craft applied to digital products (typography, motion, layout, iconography).
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system and understand the importance of consistency and scalability.
• Experience with motion design (animations, micro-interactions), 3D illustrations, and using AI in a visual context.
• Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers.
