What you will do

• Analyze player behavior and game performance to inform product development and content strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product and business KPIs.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to evaluate features, campaigns, and promotions.
• Define and track core metrics; support the design and analysis of A/B tests.
• Collaborate with AI CoE to deliver machine learning models.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 3+ years of work experience in a data analytics or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Comfort with statistics and experimentation methods.
• Experience working with product or user analytics, ideally in a B2C or gaming environment.
