What you will do

• Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance Customer Group performance using cost-benefit analysis.
• Design, implement, and govern new processes across functions, ensuring visibility of KPIs and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and models for regional and global reporting.
• Lead the identification of operational gaps and drive process innovation to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate site-level projects focused on quality, standardization, data analytics, and migrations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles and industry standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analyzing complex processes and designing value-driven solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and driving business decisions through insights.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead organizational change and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
