hirify.global is on a search for a new player to join their team as a Business Data Analyst.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
• Utilize SQL queries and other data mining techniques for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
• Document analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and extraction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of English and Armenian languages is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Prior experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
