What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and document new processes aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Lead implementation of new processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and automation to support improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Develop KPIs, monitor execution, and drive change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools such as BPMN and Visio.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like BPM, Six Sigma, and Lean.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles.
