What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data models.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across multiple platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.

Requirements

• Deep SQL expertise (query optimization, performance tuning, advanced joins, indexing strategies).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and data modeling (Kimball Methodology).
• Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms (Cognos or Tableau or similar).
• Proven ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ETL Tools (hirify.global DataStage, Informatica Power Center).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to instrumentation and analytics for product performance.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, GoLang or Node.js.
