TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, no visa sponsorship available

Salary: €66,000 per year (minimum €5,500 per month)

hirify.global is a fintech scale-up based in Amsterdam, building a modern, scalable platform for fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance with a strong in-house development culture.

What you will do

  • Develop Python backends using Django or FastAPI and build APIs integrating external data sources
  • Work on frontend development with Vue.js for dashboards and user flows
  • Design data structures, authentication, and permission layers
  • Optimize existing modules for scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to align technical flows with financial processes
  • Ensure security, testability, and data quality of the platform

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands with no visa sponsorship
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong Python skills with Django or FastAPI
  • Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or similar
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
  • Understanding of API design, software architecture, and testability

Nice to have

  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Terraform
  • Affinity with finance or data-heavy environments
  • Interest in security, auditability, and scalable architecture
