What you will do

• Support market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Assist in defining product requirements, managing the product roadmap, and prioritizing features.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data, and IT teams during development sprints.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand supply chain challenges and translate needs into product features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and support senior members in project tracking.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, or Mumbai.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain technology with understanding of logistics processes.
• Interest in PO management, cargo processes, and destination management workflows.
• Understanding of product management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and functions.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in product management.
