Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of programmatic/display channels ensuring effective campaign planning, activation, and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies aligned to strategic goals.
• Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams including Brand, PR, and Product for unified full-funnel marketing.
• Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and test new strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in London or Houghton Regis office minimum 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in programmatic/display advertising.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of digital media mix and channel integration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects proactively.
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher) required.
