Senior Infrastructure Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Infrastructure Engineer: Modernizing and developing network and system infrastructure for a retail client with an accent on Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, and Linux server administration. Focus on overseeing infrastructure implementations across multiple locations in Poland and collaborating within an IT Operations Competence Center.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in client office in Poland, Rzeszów)

What you will do

• Participate in modernization and development of network infrastructure based on Cisco Meraki and Zscaler
• Support and manage hybrid Microsoft 365 environment including AD On-Prem, ADConnect, Exchange On-Prem and Online
• Administer and standardize Linux servers, primarily CentOS/RedHat
• Supervise implementation of new infrastructure in client locations across Poland
• Collaborate within IT Operations Competence Center and contribute to technology stack replacement projects

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in network or infrastructure management
• Very good knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid environments
• Ability to administer Linux systems, preferably CentOS/RedHat
• Administrative knowledge of Windows environment and endpoint management
• Readiness for occasional business trips within Poland
• Very good English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or corporate project environments
• Experience in international or global organizations
• Higher education in a technical field such as Computer Science
